We offer two main options: Auto-Posting and Drive Access.

> Auto-Posting: We handle posting two unique property tours per week (Tuesdays and Fridays) to your social media accounts + GMB blog post.

> Drive Access: We upload the videos to a Google Drive folder where you can download and post them yourself.   We will post GMB blog post on your behalf.

> Combination Option: You can also choose both Auto-Posting and Drive Access to enjoy the convenience of automatic posts, while still having access to download and post the videos on your own.

We post our social media content Tuesdays and Fridays. FB/IG/TT are Tuesday/Friday and GoogleMyBusiness blog posts are on Friday.

If opted for drive access, you will get new content Tuesday's and Friday's along with your GoogleMyBusiness Post Friday

We always recommend going for drive access, as you can download the videos, post them from your phone on multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Linkedin, etc. You can also add your face over the properties and talk about them to spark engage. We see most of our results doing this method.

If you are an agent who just simply does not have time, auto-post will be your best bet

Posting engaging properties tours like this bring in conversations and interest. We then want to make sure your google page is ranking on maps(we do this by posting our blogs on your GMB) and we try to funnel the interested create on your social media to google for a call or message from prospective clients.

Yes! For the Drive Access option, you can fully customize the captions and CTAs before posting.

You will be provided with a private Google Drive link where all your property tour videos will be uploaded. From there, you can easily view, download, edit, and share the videos to your social media accounts.

Yes, if you choose the Drive Access option, you’ll have full control to schedule or post videos at your preferred times. For Auto-Posting, we schedule the posts for Tuesdays and Fridays.
