Rainbox Social Service Agreement/ToS
1. Scope of Services:
The Provider agrees to post content on behalf of the Client to the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Google, and TikTok. Client will receive 7 posts per week: 2x instagram, 2x Facebook, 2x TikTok, 1x Google My Business, unless opted out from through onboarding form, for the duration of this contract. Optionally Client can opt-in to self-posting by downloading videos, and will have access for the duration of this contract.
2. Free Trial Period:
The Client is entitled to a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during this period. If the Client wishes to continue the service post-trial, no action is required. However, the chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial.
3. Cancellation and Payment:
a. The Client can cancel the service at any time. All services are rendered on a month-to-month basis.
b. If the Client chooses to cancel after the 14-day free trial and has already been billed for the upcoming month, no refund will be provided if it exceeds a 24 hour(1-day) grace period.
c. To prevent any charges post-trial, the Client must cancel within the 14-day trial period.
d. The price of the service will be communicated to the Client before the end of the free trial. Payments for services are due at the date signed of each month. Failure to make timely payments may result in service disruption or termination.e. To cancel the service, the Client can text, email, or call (213) 616-9019.
4. Liability:The Provider is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of its services. Services are provided "as is," without any guarantees regarding their effectiveness or success.
5. Modifications:
The Provider retains the right to modify this Contract with prior written notice. Continued use of services post-modification indicates the Client's agreement to the revised terms.
6. Governing Law:This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the U.S.. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

8. Entire Agreement:This Contract contains the full agreement between the Provider and the Client and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
